HOMETOWN

I come from a fairly small town in Vietnam. It’s not a bustling city or anything, but I really like the laid-back lifestyle there. I actually grew up there, so I’ve got loads of childhood memories in that place.

Definitely the food. I mean, there are loads of small local restaurants, and the food is usually fresh and reasonably priced. Whenever I go back, I like hanging out with my friends and grabbing something to eat at our usual place.

Yeah, quite a bit, actually. There are more shopping centres, cafés and modern buildings than there used to be. Some of the old areas have been replaced by new ones, which is convenient, but I kind of miss how quiet the town used to be.

I’d say so, although it depends on what you’re into. There are quite a few cafés, sports centres and places to hang out with friends. However, if you’re looking for better job opportunities or a more exciting nightlife, you might eventually move away to a bigger city.
